MY ACCOUNT

Create an account on Chevignon in a few clicks:

- Go to the “My Account” icon at the top right of the home page

- Enter the information on the login page and then click CREATE ACCOUNT

- Finalize the creation of your account by confirming receipt of a notification sent to your email address

If you do not receive the notification, be sure to check your spam folder.

DELIVERY

Shipping charges depend on your order amount and your shipping country.
Depending on the products ordered and as indicated on each product sheet, the delivery time, including transport, is understood to be 3 to 6 working days, with the exception of (i) sales or promotional periods during which the delivery time may be extended to 10 working days (ii).

For any order in France less than €150, the costs are:
Colissimo signature: €6.95

Beyond 150€, in France, delivery is free.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be immediately informed by email.
This message will also provide you with your package number and a link to the online tracking of your order. You will then just need to click on this link to view in real time where your package is.
You can also find this number on the details of your order in your “My Account” area, allowing you to view the stages currently being processed.

International deliveries are temporarily suspended. They will resume very soon in Europe and then worldwide.

RETURN AND REFUND

In the event that one of our products does not give you complete satisfaction, you can return any item purchased on our site free of charge within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, without having to justify it, as long as the product is in perfect condition ( see General Conditions of Sale ). Except for products made to your specifications (for example, products sold by the meter), or clearly personalized, made or not, which cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal on your part in application of article 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code.

Returning your order is free, simply use the prepaid return slip included in your order and drop off your package at the nearest post office.

ORDER

All data from your order and payment is sent encrypted using the SSL protocol from your computer to the electronic payment terminal of our banking partner.

You can check the security system by placing a closed padlock at the bottom of the page, a security symbol. You can therefore pay online with complete peace of mind.

Payment by check is currently not possible.

The promotional code is associated with a specific operation. It is for single use and promotional codes cannot be combined with each other.

Use of the Promo Code: The promotional code must be entered in the "I have a promo code" field by clicking on "OK", present below the order amount, when filling your basket and before confirming your order. Indeed, once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible to re-credit the commercial advantage associated with a promotional code. It would then be permanently lost.
Furthermore, we strongly recommend that you finalize your order immediately after entering your code to avoid any malfunction that would cause you to lose the benefit.
